Of Course we are very saddened by his ill health, but we were comforted in knowing that he is being received the best care available.I really appreciated Dr.Basant Kamwal who treated my brother and gave his best in treating the Dengue Fever.His confidence in handling the case, patients and relative is just commendable. Dear Dr. Aher,

Thanks for your quick Reply. I would like to share this testimony on The Umrao web Pages. I had come to Umrao Hospital to do my regular check up in August 2012. I had taken the executive package. Mr. Julian was a wonderful help he assisted me in everything I needed to know. So were the other staff. I would like to thank them for all the help and support they rendered to me during my visit to the hospital. During this period I was detected with Breast Cancer Dr. Zareena Ansari was the first person to have an ugly looking lump". she put it so well that i never imagined that i have cancer. She made me very comfortable Once i went and saw the oncologist Dr Bhavisha Ghugare everything was confirmed that i had to go through surgery to get the lump removed I was told that a wire guided surgery would be done. That scared me when the wire guided part was communicated to me. I was terrified but in Dr. Zareena Ansari's had and the comfort she gave me set all my fears away. She did the Wire guided so well that I did not feel any pain and throughout the Procedure she kept comforting me. She is simply Awesome. I have never felt so comfortable with any doctor the way I did with her. Her tone of speaking is simply amazing. she so sweet. My surgery went of well thanks to Dr. Bhavisha Ghugare who is the best oncologist In short I would like to thank all the nurses and the doctors who treated me in the hospital and made my stay as comfortable as possible Thank you so much Umrao Hospital for taking care of Me and Kudos to Dr Zareena Ansari for detecting my lump at such an early stage, which was quite deep. She is too good at her work. She puts on a lot of dedication, which in the present world it is very rear to get. God Bless her and her Family. I will always be grateful to her and to the hospital.

I would also like to inform you that with this reputation of the Hospital i came in June 2013 to have my husband Fistula done. But was displeased with the nurses and the doctor on duty in the general male ward. This really made me disheartened after my previous experience I would like to suggest that the doctors on duty and the nurses should be given training to speak to people politely even if they are busy.

Whatever he told & explained about the Umrao Hospital , doctor's and Staff. The same was experienced by me during my stay at Umrao. I am very much happy toward getting the quality treatment at your hospital. My Father Shriram Sharma, has got the first angina pain at jabalpur where he was admitted for 2 days and the angiography was carried out at JBP, and then I had brought him to Mumbai for further treatment. The operation got successfully done by Dr.Krishna Prasad. Coming to India, I didn't really know what to expect but Umrao Hospital laid my concerns to rest . You guys are great and I wish you continuous success .

I am really happy the surgery was a success and my recovery is going on well . Arrived home, a few hours ago and
said I should send you this thank you note . I have the prescriptions and will continue taking the meds as prescribed .
Pls email the biopsy results as soon as you get them .

First I would like to thanks from our bottom of heart to Mr.Yograj Tarfe, whose has built the positive energy in us toward getting the treatment at Umrao Hospital. What we had listen from him about the hospital, doctor and Staff. We had experience the same. We are very much happy toward getting the quality treatment at your hospital. “Emotions cannot be expressed in word but yes it was the great experience” to patience and entire Vasant Shetty family. It was the memorable day which we will always remember, whenever we would be thinking about searching good doctor and hospital. All the relatives who visited to hospital to meet Vasanth Shetty, everyone has appreciated about the hospital and quality. I would like to share the journey of patience Vasanth Shetty, he has got the first heart attack at Gujarat wherein he was in hospital for 8 days, and then we had bought him to Mumbai for further treatment. We got angiography done at other hospital, almost bypass surgery and surgeon was finalised at other hospital, Later on I had come across with Mr. Yograj Tarfe, he has educated us about doctor quality at umrao hospital. And our confidence was built-up. Because of him we have found Dr. Krishan Prasad, for us he was the “GOD”. Our patience was admitted to your hospital on 19th April @2013, Planned for Open heart surgery got succefully done by Dr.Krishna Prasad. I had never come across such a quality Doctor possessing lots of patience and again a good human being. Aunty and her entire family member have sent lots of thanks to each and every member and lots of blessing. Good Things to Share about Umrao: · Sister and Brothers were very co-operative. · Infrastructure is neatly organised and well equipped with latest Technology. · Patience has experience the comfort better than home environment. · Quality of Food. · Patience once admitted relative not required to bother as everything is handled by Umrao Team. · Quality communication channel and sync between all the doctors and staff about the patience.

Sub: Appreciation of the services rendered by your Hospital.

One of my close relative Mrs. Meena D. Churi was admitted in your Hospital on 25th Nov. 2012 in ICU under very critical condition. She was in ICU for nearly 17 days. During her stay, she had been excellently looked after by the entire staff on ICU including subordinate Doctors, Nurses and the Ward Boys. We all sincerely thank them for their courteous approach towards us.

We are especially thankful to Dr. Mahesh Prasad – Nephrologists, Dr Jitendra Jain – Diabetologist and Dr. S. Mishra – Head Critical Care Center, for their utmost contributions in miraculous recovery of the patient. The reason why I couldn’t stop myself from writing this appreciation letter is the moment when the trio observed that the patient is not responding to the medical treatment initiated, they offered us to bring in a consultant of our choice and assured complete co-operation from their side, this evicences the level of confidence in their medical treatment being implemented, the focus towards recovery of patient and also the desire for learning. However, we decided to not to seek advice from any other consultant and today we are proud of our decision.

We appreciate the system of daily counselling of patient’s relatives by the Doctors, which gives accurate idea of the current status. The conventional prejudice about the hospitals as “Rip off” and doctors as “Arrogant” had been completely beaten here at Umrao Hospital and we hope that same continues hereafter.

Married for 7 years, I suffered from inability to conceive. Despite consulting several doctors, the outcome was disheartening - that I could not bear a child! Around this time, I met Dr. Priya Sequeria at Umrao Hospitals. She patiently listened to my story. Later, she extended empathetic care during my entire pregnancy period. Finally, I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on 18th March, 2012. She performed my delivery and accompanied me throughout the labor. The overall hospital stay was very satisfying. A special praise goes to the nursing staff.
All of them were very supportive. I am very impressed with the hygienic conditions - time to time mopping is done, and many other things are also looked upon very effectively.
